Inappropriate Required Diagnosis Code not allowing Direct Data Entry (DDE) Submission of Dental Claims, TR 35455

A recent change for dental claim submission in MIHMS inappropriately required the entry of a diagnosis code. Currently, you are unable to submit dental claims through DDE without a diagnosis code. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible to minimize disruption to claims submissions. In the meantime, you can submit 837D electronic claims or paper claims if you prefer. We will notify you as soon as this is resolved.
