Edits Not Clearing Correctly through Direct Data Entry (DDE), TR 29612 When data is changed on a non-finalized claim through DDE on the MIHMS HealthPAS Online Portal, edits that were previously posted on a claim are not removed. You will see the edit when making further adjustments to the claim on the portal. This issue is causing some claims to deny inappropriately. The denial message received depends on the previous edits on the original claim.

We are working to resolve this issue. In the meantime, if your edited claim is denied in error, please submit a new claim.
