Health PAS Online Portal Issue Update

The portal experienced technical difficulties between 1:40pm and 2:40pm on Monday, December 3, 2012. During this time, providers were unable to upload EDI X-12 transactions, submit provider enrollment or maintenance cases, or view remittance advices or 835’s. If you submitted EDI transactions during this time and did not receive a message that stated “successfully submitted,” you will need to resubmit. If you have questions about whether or not the transaction was received, please call the EDI Helpdesk at 1-866-6905585, option 3.
