Claims with Casting Procedure Codes May Now Be Resubmitted
If you billed one of the following procedure codes and your claim paid at $0.00, you may now re-submit your claims: • Q4002 • Q4003 • Q4004 • Q4005 • Q4006 • Q4007 • Q4008 • Q4011 Rates have been set for these codes back to 09/01/10.
