Ambulance Providers: Pick up and Drop off Location Identifiers

Ambulance providers billing with Place of Service (POS) 41 Ambulance–Land or 42 Ambulance-Air or Water, are no longer required to populate loop 2310C in their electronic 837 transactions. These providers must populate the pick up and drop off location identifiers in 2310E and F.
