Claims in WaitRev Status

An issue was identified that prevented the finalization of some reversal claims and prevented those reversal claims from being reported on the Remittance Advice (RA). There was no financial impact to provider payments. This is strictly an RA reporting issue.
Because the reversal details did not appear on an RA, you will see these claims as credit balances in your system when they are not. When working a claim that appears as a credit balance, please first check the MIHMS Health PAS-Online Portal to ensure that the reversal is not in a WaitRev status.
We are currently working on correcting the issue and will provide a list of the impacted claims to affected providers once the issue has been resolved.
