DME Reusable Incontinence Products Procedure Code Update

DME Reusable Incontinence Products procedure codes T4536, T4537, T4539 and T4540 have been updated in MIHMS. These codes are not subject to time or product limits described in the MaineCare Benefits Manual, Section 60, Chapter II 60.07 C. Affected providers should re-bill their claims.
