APS Prior Authorizations

Some providers who are submitting 5010 X12 claims with APS Prior Authorizations (PA), may see that the PA number is not populating in our system, causing the claim to go to “Deny” status. The PA number will populate after 24 hours and the claim will move to “Pay” status if it does not deny for another reason. We are working to correct this issue and we will notify you when it is resolved.
