MaineCare Phones Scheduled Downtime

MaineCare is moving to a new location. In preparation for the move, MaineCare’s phones will be down all day on Friday, February 3rd and will be turned back on by the close of business on Monday, February 6th. Provider Relations, Policy, and Healthcare Management staff will not have phones during this time. However, MIHMS Provider Services and Member Services call centers will still be available during this time. They can be reached at 1-866-690-5585. Thank you for your patience.
