Print Receipt Function Disabled on the Portal Eligibility Status Screen

Due to a recent portal update, the ‘Print Receipt’ button on the Eligibility Status screen is grayed out and therefore not useable. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. In the meantime, providers can do a print screen (Control, Alt, Print Screen) to capture a copy of the page. We apologize for the inconvenience.
