Benefit Search for Prior Authorized Covered Services in MIHMS

When you do a member benefit search in MIHMS to verify if a procedure code needs a prior authorization, you may receive a message that the code is not found. If this occurs, please check your policy to verify the code is a covered service or if there is a PA needed for this code.
