Durable Medical Equipment (DME) rate changes

Recently, there have been corrections made to DME rates. These rate changes have affected DME claims that have already been processed. The majority of the affected claims have been reprocessed with the exception of those that were in “pay”, “wait pay” or “wait deny” status at the time of reprocessing. If your claims were in one of these statuses please contact Provider Services at 1-866-690-5585 or submit and adjustment to MaineCare. The most current DME fee schedule is now available on the MIHMS My Health PAS Portal.
