In response to Maine's growing culturally diverse population, the Bureau of Elder and Adult Services has developed a brochure that has been translated in 12 languages other than English. The brochure gives information about programs and services available to older people in Maine.

Older people and their families are urged to call if they need help to maintain their independence and quality of life. People in need of interpreter services will be provided one at no cost.
