Goold Health Systems

Goold Health Systems, Inc. is the agency designated to conduct State of Maine Long-term Care Assessments. Goold employs registered nurses throughout the state who come to where you are to assess your needs.

The assessment is free, required for people entering nursing homes, and is available to anyone who wants to know what services are available and affordable. You may call weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. to schedule an assessment.

When calling evenings and weekends leave the name of the person who wants the assessment and the town or county they live in. A nurse will return the call on the following work day.
