Care and Support for People with Alzheimer’s Disease and Other Dementias

Many of the agencies and organizations listed in this booklet serve people who have Alzheimer’s or other dementias. You may want to check with the Maine Alzheimer’s Association for more information about specialized services. The Association is dedicated to providing information, services and support for people with Alzheimer’s Disease, their families, and caregivers. Alzheimer’s Respite/Relief for Caregivers
