Referral Processes

  • Information regarding HCT providers in your area can be found at the CBHS website at: http://www.maine.gov/dhhs/ocfs/cbhs/provider-list/home.html.
  • APS Healthcare will create and post reports for DHHS, providers and members that provide up-to-date wait list information for HCT services statewide.  This process and these reports will help reduce administrative burden, while improving access to services for Maine Care members.   • Families, case managers, and other referents will send referrals, on the standard HCT referral form, directly to providers.
