Alternatives to Guardianship
This tutorial is both a course and a reference guide to help you learn about guardianship and its alternatives so you can make an informed decision. While this is mostly for friends and family, care coordinators, support staff, case managers, and attorneys may also find the information useful as a review and reference for their clients.
Please note that this tutorial is not intended as legal advice, particularly since the laws change from time to time and because there might be other factors involved which go beyond the scope of this tutorial. If you have any questions about how the law applies to a specific situation, you should consult a lawyer or Register of Probate.
