Description of Services: Community Services are designed to maximize a person’s ability to manage everyday life activities in a community rich with resources. Community Services are provided in Portland, Auburn, and Saco. People become involved in a wide range of opportunities planned by and for them to address individual needs, goals and interests. Through life skills coaching, individuals grow to become more active members of their community.

Residential & Community Living Services range from twenty-four hour support to independent living support for people in their own residences. Supported Living provides comprehensive 24-hour support to individuals who require assistance with most daily living skills. Independent Living Services are provided at an individual’s request in their home.

Employment Services are designed to identify employment goals and desires and to match those attributes and interests to a job or career. Services include career exploration, job readiness training, job placement and job coaching supports as needed.

Community Case Management Services are designed to meet the needs of people with disabilities who live on their own, with family, or in a staffed, group setting. All services encourage the highest level of independence so that people gain a greater awareness of resources and build deeper community connections. Rep payee and financial management assistance are also available.

Brain Injury Services provide residential and employment support necessary for people with acquired brain injury, to regain or relearn life skills.
