Section 63: Ih-Home and Community Support Services for Elderly and Other Adults Word  PDF 
Concise Summary: The Department has added Level V as a new level of eligibility for personal care services under Section 63 of the OES Policy Manual which requires assistance with medication administration and/or physical assistance with ADL and IADL needs as the basis for eligibility and does not require the use of the Home Care Coordination Agency. The rules allow for assisted living providers who have a contract with OES to bill for these services as well as for homemaker services under Section 69 of the OES Policy Manual
