Minor home repair to things like doors, steps, and windows is available through some Area Agencies on Aging and Community Action Programs. You are usually responsible for the cost of supplies. Money may be available to people with low incomes for weatherization projects such as furnace repair, caulking windows, and insulation. Contact your local Community Action Agency.
