Rights of Recipients of Mental Health Services; Part C - I. Statement of Intent

These rules [Part C] are applicable to all outpatient agencies or programs that are licensed or funded by the Department of Behavioral and Developmental Services to provide mental health services to recipients. Part C should be read in conjunction with Part A, Rules of General Applicability.
