To fulfill your request, the following information is needed:

1. Please list the names on the divorce record as they appeared at the time of the divorce.
2. Date of divorce.
3. Name of city/town the divorce occurred in.
4. Please include a daytime telephone number.
5. Please make the check payable to: "Treasurer - State of Maine".
6. Who has access?
7. Picture I.D. requirement(s).

The fee for one certified copy is $15.00. The fee for additional certified copies of the same record is $6.00 each.  Send self-addressed stamped envelope with your payment.
