Purpose:
The YAC was established to develop and implement a system of changes that support youth with special health care needs and other disabilities to transition to all aspects of adult
life including health care, work and independence.
Membership:
Youth and young adults (14 ‑ 24) serve as advisors to the CSHN program by representing the voice of youth living with a chronic health condition or disability.
Meeting dates:
The council currently meets 4 times per year.
