Maximum Formula Issuance

Maximum amounts of formula that may be issued each month are based on the form of formula (concentrate, powder, ready to feed), size of the container and age of the participant. Maximum amounts for infants, children and adults are listed below.

Powdered formula issuance is determined according to can yield. Information on can yield is provided for each formula product in the formula guide. Maximum issuance for reconstituted powdered formula is listed below.

Partially Breastfed Infants
