Persons may sit for whichever level of license they feel most comfortable to accomplish. There are 9 exams available VSWS, Class I-IV T and D. Paper exams ($95) will be proctored by the Board twice this year, March and October. Computer based testing ($75 VSWS, $90 I-IV T &D) will be available directly from AMP- information on DWP website.
  • Application for licensure will take place only after successfully passing the exam (s). Initial licensure ($75) upgrades ($20). Licensure is applied per person not per discipline. At the time of licensure the Board will determine if education and experience requirements allow for a full or OIT license. License applciation form is available here.
