Becket Family of Services
Becket Family of Services provides a variety of services within
the continuum of care to assist in meeting the permanency needs
of Maine’s children and their families. The Becket Programs
are dedicated to Family Centered Programming that focuses on
stabilization and treatment to help ensure family unity. Our
residential treatment programs are located in Belgrade, Norridgewock
and Litchfield. We operate three special purpose day schools
located in Belgrade, Caribou and Lewiston. We also provide in
home treatment and stabilization services to families in the
community. Our benefits package for full time employees includes
a tiered percentage of employer paid health and dental insurance,
403B with a 5% employer match after one year of service, voluntary;
life, short term disability and accidental death and dismemberment
insurance as well.
Residential Counselor
Location: Norridgewock
Pay Grade: $10.25 to start

Job Description:
Our residential counselors provide direct care to residents.
Minimum Requirements:
A high school (or equivalent) education and each counselor needs First Aid, CPR, and MANDT training
and OQMHP certification. We will provide this training.

Transitional Living Specialist

Clinician (Outpatient)
Location: Somerset & Kennebec County

Job Description:
The ideal person would have experience working with children and families and be trained in various
evidenced based practices, such as: Trauma Focused CBT, Functional Family Therapy, Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy, DBT, etc…A clinician would be responsible for working collaboratively
with the BHP (Behavior Health Professional) to provide in-home support services to children and
families. This is a clinical, home and community based mental health treatment service.
Minimum
Requirements:
Clinicians must be licensed as a LCSW, LCPC, or LMSW-cc.

This is a fulltime, salaried, position with benefits; however, there are also opportunities for
per diem clinicians.

Behavioral Health Professional (Part time/per diem)

Job Description:
The BHP is responsible for working with children and families in Kennebec and Somerset Counties.
This is a clinical, home and community based mental health treatment service.
Minimum Requirements:
The ideal candidate would have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, or a related field,
and completed the 50-Hour BHP Training. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and willingness
to complete the training will also be considered.
