▪ To learn about Environmental Public Health Tracking (EPHT) accomplishments since November, 2003 Consortium Meeting
▪ To learn about planned expansion for Year 2 and 3 of Maine's EPHT Program
▪ To provide feedback on year 2 and 3 plans
▪ To understand Environmental Public Health Tracking (EPHT) System as a public health surveillance system
▪ To understand the nature of the collaborative relationship with existing public health surveillance systems and Environmental Public Health Tracking (EPHT)
▪ To deepen the understanding of Consortium role in Environmental Public Health Tracking (EPHT)
▪ To continue developing partnerships with local, state, tribal, and Federal governments; health care providers; non-governmental organizations; and private for profit and nonprofit groups whose participation is critical to the success of the program
