Maine Public Drinking Water CommissionThe Maine Public Drinking Water Commission (established by 5 MRSA § 12004-I sub§ 47-C and authorized by 22 MRSA § 2660) consists of the Commissioner of the Department of Health and Human Services (or the Commissioner's designee) and eight other members appointed by the Governor.
