December 2006. On December 11, 2006, the Division of Licensing and Regulatory Services will be open for business at 41 Anthony Avenue in Augusta.

In order to better serve your needs, staff from 442 Civic Center Drive, 35 Anthony Avenue and 221 State Street will be co-located. This includes all Augusta staff involved with licensing and certifying medical facilities and community services programs, out-of-home investigations involving children, and Certificate of Need.
