Healthy Maine Partnerships (HMPs)

In collaboration with the other HMP in Cumberland District, the two District HMPs collaborate to assure HMP-funded staff in the four regions of the Cumberland District provide a community-based health promotion presence serving each sub-region.

"Healthy Maine Partnership", Portland (Lead agency/fiscal agent: City of Portland Division of Public Health) The City of Portland HMP has a MOU with the Bath/Brunswick HMP (Midcoast District) to deliver designated services to Brunswick, in the Cumberland District.
