Simplified Child and Adolescent Schedule

These are the shots your child needs. Immunize as soon as possible!

New and combination vaccines, such as MMRV, which will reduce the number of shots your child needs are available from your Maine Immunization Program. Please check with your health care provider.

At birth Hep-B  
2 months Hep-B + DTaP + PCV + Hib + IPV + Rota  
4 months DTaP + PCV + Hib + IPV + Rota  
6 months HepB + DTaP + PCV + IPV+ Flu + Rota  
12 months MMR + Varicella + PCV + Hib + HepA  
18 months Hep-A + DTaP  
4 – 6 years MMR + Varicella+ DTaP+ Polio  
11 – 18 years Tdap + HPV + MCV4 + HepB + Flu  

 

Influenza recommendations change frequently, please contact your healthcare provider to see if your child needs influenza vaccine
