The Maine Immunization Program supplies these vaccines FREE to your provider

DTaP: Any child younger than age 7    
Tdap: Any child age 10 through age 18
IPV: Any child through age 18
MMR: Any child age 1 through 18
MMR-V: Any child age 1 through 12
Hib: Any child younger than age 5
Hep A: * VFC eligible children age 1 through age 18
Hep B: Any child through age 18
Varicella: And child age 1 through 18
PCV: Any child up to age 5
PPV: High-risk children, age 2 through age 18
Rota: * VFC eligible children younger than 32 weeks
HPV: * VFC eligible female children age 9 through age 18
Meningoccal: * VFC eligible children age 11 through age 18
Influenza: High-risk children 6 months through age 18
Availability of Varicella is determined yearly - Please call your provider.
* Only VFC eligible children may receive this vaccine. See your provider for details

Note: VFC participating providers cannot charge you for these vaccines but may
charge a small administration fee and office visit fee.

However a patient cannot be denied state supplied vaccine
because of the inability to pay the administration fee.
