Services We Provide
If you are found medically eligible and meet the income guidelines,
we can help pay for diagnostic evaluation, medication, specialists,
hospitalizations (inpatient-outpatient), surgery, transportation, and lodging.
If you are found over income but medically eligible, we may be able to help
with Care Coordination.
Services we do not cover are experimental therapies, organ transplant
procedures or services provide by your primary care physician.
We also provide Specialty Clinics at various locations throughout the state.
