Simulation Name: Searching for an Organization
Simulation Mode: Teach me
Scenario: In this lesson you will be taught how to search for an organization in EIS.
Screen Name: #1: My Events - Microsoft Internet Explorer
Step: Click SEARCH in the EIS Menu "Hot Area"  |
| User Prompt: You've already logged in to EIS. To search for an organization, click SEARCH in the EIS Menu. |

Screen Name: #2: Search - Microsoft Internet Explorer
| Step: Select Organizations from the WHAT TO SEARCH drop-down drop-down list. |
| User Prompt: The default search setting is for People. It must be changed to Organizations. To do this, select "Organizations" from the WHAT TO SEARCH drop-down. |

Screen Name: #3: Search - Microsoft Internet Explorer
| Step 1: Select PROVIDER from the TYPE drop-down drop-down list. |
| Step 2: Select Name from the PROPERTY list box. |
| Step 3: Select CONTAINS from the CONDITION drop-down list. |
| Step 4: Type sweet in the VALUE field. |
Step 5: Click ADD "Hot Area"  |
| User Prompt: We want to search for a provider who's name contains 'sweet'. To add this search criteria, select "PROVIDER" from the TYPE drop-down, then select "Name" from PROPERTY, then select "CONTAINS" from CONDITION, then type "sweet" (without quotations) into VALUE. Lastly, click the ADD button. |

Step: Click CLOSE "Hot Area"  |
| User Prompt: View the Search Results page. You've decided that there are too many results, so you want to go back to the Search page to adjust your search criteria. To do this, click the CLOSE button. |

Step: Click SEARCH CRITERIA "Hot Area"  |
| User Prompt: You want to remove the search criterion, so you must first click on the criterion in SEARCH CRITERIA to select it. |

Step: Click REMOVE "Hot Area"  |
| User Prompt: Now you want to remove it, so click the REMOVE button. |

Step: Click underlined organization ID "Hot Area"  |
| User Prompt: You think that the first organization is the one you are interested in. To view it click the underlined organization ID. |

| User Prompt: Oops, you didn't notice that you do not have access to this organizaiton. Click the OK button to close this window. |

Step: Click SEARCH in the EIS Header "Hot Area"  |
| User Prompt: You'd like to go back to the Search page now. To do this, click SEARCH in the EIS Header. |
