Simulation Name: Reading Information About a Person's Relationships and Associations
Simulation Mode: Show me
Scenario: In this lesson, you will be shown how to view information on a person's relationships and associations.
Screen Name: #1: People Demographics - Microsoft Internet Explorer
| Step: Select People Relationships/Associations from the SHOW drop-down list. |
| User Prompt: You have already anchored your person. You now want to view the People Relationships/Associations page. To do this, select "People Relationships/Associations" from the SHOW menu. |

Screen Name: #2: People Relationships/Associations - Microsoft Internet Explorer
Step: Click underlined NAME "Hot Area"  |
| User Prompt: This page lists all relationships and associations for a person. Associations are departmental assignments such as "SP-Primary" (Service Population - Primary). Relationships can be either with an organization (like a provider agency) or an individual (like a family member). View the details for the relationship or association (example: SP-Primary) for the person by clicking the underlined NAME. |

Step: Click FINISH "Hot Area"  |
| User Prompt: View the details for the relationship or association record. Click FINISH (like the OK button) or CANCEL to go back to the People Relationships/Associations page (FINISH will save any changes (like the OK button) and CANCEL will not). |
