Simulation Name: Reading Organization Unit Information
Simulation Mode: Show me
Scenario: In this lesson you will be shown how to view an organization's unit information (units are smaller parts of organization locations).
Screen Name: #1: Organization Information - Microsoft Internet Explorer
| Step: Select Organization Units from the SHOW menu drop-down list. |
| User Prompt: You have already anchored your organization. To view it's unit information, select "Organization Units" from the SHOW menu. |

Screen Name: #2: Organization Units - Microsoft Internet Explorer
Step: Click underlined UNIT ID "Hot Area"  |
| User Prompt: To view the unit's details, click the underlined UNIT ID. |

Screen Name: #3: Organization Units - Microsoft Internet Explorer
Step: Click CANCEL "Hot Area"  |
| User Prompt: View the details for the record. Notice that there is a place at the bottom of the window for staff members to be listed for the unit. Click OK or CANCEL to go back to the Organization Unit List page (if you have the appropriate security access, OK will save any changes and CANCEL will not). |
