Simulation Name: Reading Organization Phone Number Information
Simulation Mode: Show me
Scenario: In this lesson you will be shown how to view an organization's phone number information.
Screen Name: #1: Organization Information - Microsoft Internet Explorer
| Step: Select Organization Phone from the SHOW menu drop-down list. |
| User Prompt: You have already anchored your organization. To view phone information, select "Organization Phone" from the SHOW menu. |

Screen Name: #2: Organization Phone - Microsoft Internet Explorer
Step: Click underlined PHONE NUMBER "Hot Area"  |
| User Prompt: To view details for a phone number, click its underlined PHONE NUMBER. |

Screen Name: #3: Organization Phone - Microsoft Internet Explorer
Step: Click CANCEL "Hot Area"  |
| User Prompt: View the details for the record. Click OK or CANCEL to go back to the Organization Phone List page (if you have the appropriate security access, OK will save any changes and CANCEL will not). |

Step: Click anywhere "Hot Area"  |
