Simulation Name: Reading Client Tracking Information
Simulation Mode: Let me try

Scenario: The client tracking component in EIS is used to track physical movements of a client, for example if a client moves from Region I to Region III. Client tracking is also used to track referrals for a client, for example if a client is referred to get dental services. In this lesson, you will practice how to read information for a client tracking item in EIS.

Screen Name: #1: People Demographics - Microsoft Internet Explorer

Step: Click CLIENT TRACKING in the EIS Menu "Hot Area" CLIENT TRACKING in the EIS Menu
User Prompt: You have already anchored your client. View their client tracking records.
Screen Name: #2: Client Tracking List - Microsoft Internet Explorer

Step: Click underlined Client Tracking Record ID "Hot Area" underlined Client Tracking Record ID
User Prompt: View the details for the second client tracking record.
Screen Name: #3: Client Tracking General - Microsoft Internet Explorer

Step: Select Notes from the SHOW Menu drop-down list.
User Prompt: View the details for the client tracking record. See if there are any notes attached to it.
Screen Name: #4: Notes List - Microsoft Internet Explorer

Step: Click underlined note TITLE "Hot Area" underlined note TITLE
User Prompt: View the note's details.

Step: Click CLIENT TRACKING GENERAL in the EIS Header "Hot Area" CLIENT TRACKING GENERAL in the EIS Header
User Prompt: View the note. Go back to the client tracking item.
