Name: Anchoring a Person in EIS
Simulation Mode: Show me
Scenario: In this lesson, you
will learn the very important concept of Anchoring a Person.
To anchor a person in EIS means that your navigation through
the system will be tied directly to that person. For an
example, if you anchor on Mickey Mouse and then go to the
Notes List, you'll only see Mickey's notes. If you then
click on Plans, you'll only see Mickey's plans. Anchoring
allows you to filter EIS material to only one person at a
time and therefore, navigate more easily. There are three
methods to anchor a person and they will be covered in this
lesson.
