Scenario: In this section of the lesson, Beacon has just reviewed the referral packet and determined LOC criteria (Laurie was found eligible). At this point, the CBHS employee will now enter a note attached to the client tracking record to document this.

Step: Click PROCESSES in the EIS Menu "Hot Area" PROCESSES in the EIS Menu
User Prompt: You have already anchored on Laurie. Access her CE process.

Step: Click underlined process NAME "Hot Area" underlined process NAME
User Prompt: Access the process (CE/R2/65M). .
Screen Name: #3: State of Maine BDS - Process General - Microsoft Internet Explorer

Step: Click #4 - CREATE CLIENT TRACKING "Hot Area" #4 - CREATE CLIENT TRACKING
User Prompt: Access the client tracking record made originally in Step #4.

User Prompt: The title is CE/R2/Eligible for Service, and the date is 06/04/2005 (the date that Beacon signed off on the LOC Criteria). Continue.

Step 1: Select CS CENTRAL ENROLLMENT NOTES(CLIENT TRACKING)(Ver 2) from the TYPE list box.
Step 2: Click FINISH button Hyperlink FINISH button
User Prompt: The note type you want is CS CENTRAL ENROLLMENT NOTES(CLIENT TRACKING)(Ver 2). And you're now done starting the note.

Step 2: Select LOC CRITERIA HAS BEE DETERMINED WAITING IN CENTRAL ENROLLMENT from the WAIT IN CENTRAL ENROLLMENT drop-down box drop-down list.
Step 3: Click SCROLL up bar "Hot Area" SCROLL up bar
User Prompt: You are still WAITING and now the central enrollment waiting reason is LOC CRITERIA HAS BEEN DETERMINED WAITING IN CENTRAL ENROLLMENT. When done go back to the top of the page.
