Summary: You have now completed the Children's Central Enrollment Process for Laurie Mouse. Beacon Clinical Advisors will data enter the information submitted on the CAFAS score sheet into the EIS assessment tool after authorization for service has been determined. Fourteen days prior to the end of authorization for 65M service a Re-Authorization Packet must be submitted by the provider, if the need for treatment intervention is determined to continue to exist. If no Reauthorization Packet is submitted the authorization will close on the last day of service authorization. If a re-Authorization packet for a child to continue to receive treatment has been submitted, a new authorization will be determined by the Beacon Clinical Advisor based upon an updated ITP, an updated CAFAS and the Re-Authorization Form.
