Simulation Documentation Simulation Name: Children's Super Process-65M-11 Scenario: A child and family will be closed to Central Enrollment after the Beacon Clinical Advisor authorizes the start of 65M service. Beacon Clinical Advisors determine authorization for service based upon the 65M providers submission of a completed CFBHT Referral Form, CAFAS, agency specific assessments and a developed Individualized Treatment Plan. Child and Family Behavioral Health Treatment providers complete the Referral Form, CAFAS, assessments and develop a child's ITP during the 14 day authorized assessment period. Beacon Clinical advisors authorize this assessment period when eligible children are assigned to a provider with service capacity. In this part of the lesson, the provider has submitted a change of status to show the beginning of service. This needs to be documented with a note on the client tracking record.
