Scenario: This CBT will let you practice how to perform the EIS tasks associated with Central Enrollment. Central Enrollment is a process for tracking referral, authorization, and closure for the following services: Day Habilitation (24), Children's Behavioral Health Services (65H), and Child and Family Behavioral Health Treatment (65M)/Community Based Treatment for Children without Permanency (65N). This particular CBT focuses on Child and Family Behavioral Health Treatment (65M). It is a mental health treatment service intended for children who have serious emotional disorders.

Step: Click PROCESSES in the EIS Menu "Hot Area" User Prompt: Since you have already completed a comprehensive search through the EIS, you know that you have found the appropriate client. You have already anchored on Laurie J. Mouse. Begin a new process for her.

Step: Click ADD button "Hot Area" User Prompt: Add a new process.

Step 1: Type CE/R2/65M in the [field name] field. Step 2: Click NEXT button Hyperlink User Prompt: The name for this process is CE/R2/65M, and the referral date is the start date (default date). NOTE: The naming convention for this process is: CE=Central Enrollment, R2=your region number, and 65M=the type of central enrollment process.

Step 1: Select CHILDRENS SUPER PROCESS (Version 1) from the [list box name] list box. Step 2: Click Hyperlink User Prompt: You want the CHILDRENS SUPER PROCESS (Version 1).

Step: Click FINISH button Hyperlink User Prompt: Finish the addition of the new process.

Step: Click Step #3 - CREATE CLIENT RELATIONSHIP link "Hot Area" User Prompt: You have now successfully created a process for Laurie. Because this is a 65M situation, go directly to Step #3.
