Scenario: At this point of the CE process, a Children's Behavioral Health Services staff person will review the packet and determine if the packet is complete. This is then documented by adding a note to the Client Tracking record. After completing this note, the chart is given to Beacon to determine LOC criteria and do a diagnosis instrument.

Step: Click PROCESSES in the EIS Menu "Hot Area" User Prompt: You have already anchored on Laurie Mouse. You now want to go back into her CE process. Click PROCESSES in the EIS Menu.

Step: Click underlined process NAME "Hot Area" User Prompt: Click the underlined process NAME (CE/R2/65M) to access the process.

Step: Click STEP #4 - Create Client Tracking "Hot Area" User Prompt: Go to Step #4 by clicking STEP #4 - Create Client Tracking.

Step: Click SCROLL down bar "Hot Area" User Prompt: Scroll down to the Client Tracking section by clicking the SCROLL down button.

Step: Click underlined Client Tracking ID "Hot Area" User Prompt: Click on the underlined Client Tracking ID to access the client tracking record.

Step: Click ADD button "Hot Area" User Prompt: Add a note by clicking the ADD button.

Step 1: Type CE/R2/LOC in the [field name] field. Step 2: Type 06/02/2005 in the [field name] field. Step 3: Click NEXT button Hyperlink User Prompt: Type CE/R2/LOC in the TITLE field, type 06/02/2005 in the END DATE field, and then click the NEXT button.

Step 1: Select CS CENTRAL ENROLLMENT NOTES(CLIENT TRACKING)(Ver 2) from the TYPE list box list box. Step 2: Click FINISH button Hyperlink User Prompt: Select CS CENTRAL ENROLLMENT NOTES(CLIENT TRACKING)(Ver 2) from the TYPE list box, and click the FINISH button.

Step 1: Select BEHAVIORAL CONSULTATION from the DOMAINS list box. Step 2: Click SELECT button "Hot Area" User Prompt: Select BEHAVIORAL CONSULTATION from the DOMAINS list box, and click SELECT button.

Step: Click SCROLL down bar "Hot Area" User Prompt: Go to the bottom of the note by clicking the SCROLL down bar.

Step 1: Click WAITING in the Status Level check box group Check Box Step 2: Select LOC CRITERIA REVIEW PENDING from the WAIT IN CENTRAL ENROLLMENT drop-down box drop-down list. Step 3: Click SCROLL up bar "Hot Area" User Prompt: Click in the check box to select WAITING in the Status Level check box group, select LOC CRITERIA REVIEW PENDING from the WAIT IN CENTRAL ENROLLMENT drop-down list, and click SCROLL up bar.

Step: Click SAVE button "Hot Area" User Prompt: Click the SAVE button to save the changes to the note.

Step: Click ANYWHERE "Hot Area" User Prompt: If you wanted to, you could add further description to this note by clicking on the ADD DESCRIPTION button. We do not need to do that. Click anywhere to continue to the next lesson.
