With headquarters in Dover-Foxcroft Maine, the agency provides multiple levels of social services including: residential, day treatment, clinical counseling, vocational, and in-home supports.
Training Coordinator
Location: Dover-Foxcroft

Job Description:
The Charlotte White Center is seeking a dynamic, energetic and
motivated individual to conduct and coordinate the training
needs of the agency. The successful candidate must have excellent
organization, presentation and communication skills. Must
have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Power
Point. Bachelor’s degree, with 2 years of experience
working with individuals with developmental disabilities and
2 years experience teaching adult learners required. Direct
Support Professional, CPR and First Aid instructor certification
preferred. Must have valid State of Maine driver’s license
in good standing with reliable transportation.

Administrator for Children’s In-Home Program
Location:

Job Description:
The Charlotte White Center is seeking an Administrator to oversee
the programmatic and administrative functions of an assigned
caseload. This individual will be responsible for assisting
in the delivery of our in-home services including the complete
operations of the program, hiring, and staffing. Experience
in management of staff who provide direct supports to individuals
with mental retardation or autism spectrum disorders is required.
Duties will include completing intake assessments, treatment
plans, and providing ongoing supports for home and clinic
based services
Minimum Requirements:
Must have a BA or BS in a related field and 2 years experience
preferred. Demonstrated experience in management of staff
who provide direct supports to individuals with mental retardation
or autism spectrum disorders is required. Must possess strong
interpersonal skills, flexibility and ability to manage multiple
tasks simultaneously. Experience with MS Word & Excel.
Requires a valid Maine driver’s license in good standing
with reliable insured transportation.

Job Description:
The Charlotte White Center is seeking caring people to provide support to persons with developmental disabilities. The Charlotte White Center offers opportunities for you to gain experience by assisting a variety of people with disabilities. Must be available to work a variety of hours to include; relief, part-time, evening, weekends, live-in positions and shift hours
Minimum Requirements:
Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid state of Maine driver’s license in good standing and some positions may require reliable transportation with appropriate level of insurance coverage. Able to successfully complete CPR, First Aid, Mandt, and Medication Certification trainings. Ability to lift waist high up to 25% of body weight, bend, twist, sit, drive a car, walk on uneven surfaces, climb stairs and engage in occasional emergency physical restraint.
