Job Description:
Rumford Group Homes, Inc. operates residential and case management programs for abused, neglected, homeless, and mentally ill children in the tri-county area. We have immediate openings for two full time clinicians at our six-bed Transition House Program located in Dixfield, Maine, and our six-bed residential Home located in Leeds, Maine. These individuals will provide clinical work with the youth and their families.
Minimum Requirements:
Masters level Clinical Degree (LCPC, LMSW/C, LCSW) with experience in the foster care system and/or residential programs.

Director of Programs

Position Description and Location:
Rumford Group Homes, Inc. operates residential and case management programs for abused, neglected, homeless, and mentally ill children in the tri-county area. We are looking for an energetic, task-oriented, team player to fill a key management position of Director of Programs. This is a full time position assuming day-to-day clinical, administrative, and programmatic operations of the Agency. The Director of Programs is also responsible for quality assurance, orientation of new staff, quarterly reporting to state agencies, and oversight of PNMI/Medicaid.
Minimum Qualifications:
Masters level Clinical Degree (LCPC, LMSW, LCSW) with a minimum of three (3) years experience in a clinical and managerial function. Direct administration experience working in the public or non-profit arena required. Experience in residential programming for mentally ill, homeless, abused children required. Experience working with State agencies and Medicaid required. Experience in grant writing, quality assurance, and Council on Accreditation preferred.

Turner Family Support Center
Case Manager
Rumford Group Homes, Inc., a provider of residential and community services to children, youth and families, has an opening for a Case Manager. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the staff and development of treatment plans for a four-bed crisis stabilization program for children ages five-18 located in Turner, Maine.
Responsibilities include:
- Screen referrals for participation in the program and take the lead in deciding whether to accept or deny a referral;
- Develop and implement resident’s service plans;
- Recruit, supervise, support, train, and provide clinical assistance to youth workers;
- Adhere to and enforce the Agency personnel policies and procedures.
Educational and experience requirements:
- Masters level Clinical Degree (LCPC, LMSW, LCSW) with three (3) years experience in a clinical and managerial function.
Must be able to assume a key position on a management team.
