This highly responsible position will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer while performing financial and budget preparation, analysis, recommendations and audits; monitoring daily cash flow across all programs and offices; and preparing monthly statements and other internal or external reports. Daily department operations will include working closely with the Finance Manager to guide and oversee the billing and payroll staff while working with computerized Medicaid and grant fund billing systems, a partially internal payroll processing system, and computerized payable and receivable accounts.</p> <p>Minimum Requirements:<br /> A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required and a Masters Degree in Business Administration/Accounting is preferred. Extensive knowledge of finance management and accounting and a variety of software systems is necessary.
