HealthReach Network is a private, not-for-profit and charitable health care organization which provides the highest quality home health, substance abuse, mental health, and outreach services in locations where they are needed most, especially in the home and in rural/underserved areas.

What began as a home health agency in 1966 has evolved into one of Maine’s leading health care organizations, operating 17 programs that respond to a variety of community needs. Working in partnership with area hospitals and health care organizations, HealthReach Network serves more than 5,000 persons each year. Most of our programs offer a sliding fee scale, based on ability to pay, which allows everyone access to our services.

HealthReach HomeCare and Hospice seeks Social Workers to address the psychosocial needs of HomeCare clients and their families. Per diem positions are available in Gardiner, Waterville, and Skowhegan.

In order to qualify for these positions a BSW or MSW licensure and at least one year of experience in a hospital or community health social work setting is preferred.
