SCSEP is open to anyone in the State of Maine who is 55 years of age or older, has low income, and is eligible to work in Maine. Income caps vary depending on the number of people in the household, and some income may be excluded or 'discounted'. Visit the Eligibility Pre-Calculator to see whether your income is within the SCSEP limits.
