SUBJECT:	Maximum allowance for Home Based Care Levels of Care

 

Effective October 4,2004, the monthly maximum allowance for each level of Home Based Care services under Section 63.03 (B)(C), (D), and (E),  of the BEAS Policy Manual, subject to the availability of funds, is: 

 

Section 63.03 (B): Level I- maximum allowance $900/month

Section 63.03 (C): Level II- maximum allowance $1,100/month

Section 63.03 (D): Level III- maximum allowance $1,675/month

Section 63.03 (E): Level IV- maximum allowance $2,908/month - 67 % of the average cost of nursing facility care.
